The bike is great, It’s allowed me to get out on the sandy ORV Trails in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula and do some exploring I couldn’t do on my standard Trek. The bike rides great and I’m looking forward to getting some more rides in as the seasons change.
I’m a bit disappointed with the derailer as the bike doesn’t always stay in gear. I haven’t contacted support at Framed to ask for help with this issue yet so I’m not sure what that experience will be like. I’m hoping they can walk me through some simple adjustments to fix the issue.
Otherwise I’m extensively happy with the purchase!

The bike was 99% assembled as advertised. Finishing it was very easy.

First time ordering a bike online and my first Gravel Bike.
Out of the four bikes I have this is definitely becoming my favorite!
It fits me perfectly I've taken it out on about 30 rides little over 500 miles so far.
So far a great bike!

Got my bike on Friday, as suggested, put handle bars, peddles, seat, drink holder and tote on and had my first ride Saturday morning! It’s a fantastic bike no problems at a all; very durable, smooth transitioning in gears and just lots of fun! I will definitely suggest to other riders! Thank you, Framed Bikes, for a superb quality bike at a very good price, from a extremely satisfied customer from Austin Texas!

You need to have clear instructions on the final assembly of the bikes there were no instructions included. You should also have instructions for adjusting the derailers.

Your grandson really enjoys the ride and the style of the bike.

Giving it a 4.99 ..well worth the money but do read where they say take it to the local shop...my headset was missing some washers/ spacers ?? and that needed to nbe addressed before I could ride . But otherwise bike was tuned perfectly !!!

I was referred to Framed bikes by friends who have mountain bikes. I bought a road bike. I am sorry to say that my experience has not been the greatest. I bought the Mallorca 52cm
1. there were discrepancies with pricing between the house web site and framed website for same bike (no one really new why)
2. I did live chat on the website because did not have the bike for me to test ride. (i voiced that i was concerned about the height of seat post. they assured me would be fine. I had to take it back to be cut)
3. the 15-20 days to make the bike are business and seemed like forever.
4. I paid for the bike to be shipped 99% assembled. I had to take the bike back to the House bike shop because had issues shifting, braking, and seat stem.
5. the House bike shop kept my bike for over a week to make adjustments. I got one call during this time saying that i had a wrong part and had to order another one.
I bought my bike June 15th. It is now August and I still do not have my bike. I think the bike looks great. I have not seen any other reviews with all the troubles i had. I hope to be riding soon.

Horrible! Delivered to wrong address despite contacting customer service immediately. Cost me $380 to UPS the graduation gift to correct address. Customer service had the gall to blame me for not calling (vs email) when phone number is on website.
Just an absolutely terrible experience. I should have spent my money elsewhere.

Relatively easy...the front fork was a little challenging, but I got it.

Awesome ! Bike came perfectly assembled. I did take it to a bike shop for other specifications. But I’d recommend Framed bike assembly

Assembly was easy and it is holding up very well.
Thank you!

Very easy to set up after arriving. Once the box was opened i was riding 15 minutes later!

10 minutes out of the box and I was riding my bike! Amazing job guys. Thanks

Paid for the assembly so all I did was mount front tire and handlebars. Shifting perfect out of the box.
John L.
Thanks for the assembly

Bike arrived in great shape. Only issue I had was that when I shifted into the lowest gear (largest sprocket on the cassette) it over shifted and ran the chain between the cassette and spokes.

Loved the bike, easy to assemble the remaining parts and everything is working as expected.

I have had it up to Cuyuna a couple times this winter, but generally just riding it around town, and my neighborhood single track I have put in this winter. Overall, pleased with the purchase (Alaskan Carbon, 20" frame, 27.5" x 3.8"; GX Eagle 1x12). A couple items of concern: It a little smaller frame than expected - I may need to put on a longer, and canted upward stem for my 6'4" frame. Biggest frustration has been the times the chain jumped the front sprocket, when chain packed with snow, that the Raceface sprocket's studs for a 2nd ring grab the chain and prevent easy mounting and cuts into the bottom bearing carbon. My buddy's older Framed is having seat issues with it being loose even when snugged up, and I see my bike has the same design.

Saved a ton of tome

Came pretty much fully assembled. Had to put the front tire, handle bars and seat on. Was worth the extra money!

Generally good. The brakes were set too loose for my taste.

They did a great job on assembly. I just put on the handle bars and front wheel and I was riding. Great job.
Karan B.
great just need help registering
Christopher W.
Very easy to assemble after taking it out of the box.

I am capable of assembling a bike but was pressed for time. The assembly was completely dialed in and all I had to do was put on the handlebars and front wheel. Well worth it
Craig K.
I love the fit and finish of the bike! I am looking forward to hitting the trails. Unfortunately due to an old time Minnesota winter I haven't been out much yet but I'm sure it will be soon.

My BearTrax carbon fiber bike was assembled perfectly all except for me having to take it to my local bike store and have the shocks set up on it.
