Good choice for my daughter's first BMX and real bike - lightweight, decent parts, good value and the colorway is awesome. Easy enough to put together - had one issue with assembly but Framed customer service (thanks Jared) had it covered and made things right.

The bike was sleek and lightweight. My grandson had tears in his eyes when we rolled it out for Christmas. Only problem was it was scratched in shipping. However, they quickly offered me a full refund or replacement. Since that wasn’t an option due to it being a present they worked with me to come to a resolution everyone was happy with. My grandson could not be more happy and proud of his bike.

I did make some changes that I prefer. I added a sealed bottom bracket and an upright stem. Bike ride is good. Feels solid.

I’ve had it for two years and no complaints I just stripped the frame and made it black and putting new stuff on it but there was nothing wrong with it even after two years just wanted a change

I bought it for my daughter and she loves it. The front fork was slightly bent when I put it together but I managed to stand and pull it out enough to get the wheel on so it wasn't a huge deal. But quality bike and looks great!

Purchased this bike as a birthday gift for my son. We put it together the same day it was delivered. The left crank arm pedal threads were not quite right and caused the threads of the pedal to be damaged. I contacted Framed support and they sent a whole new crank assembly and two pedals within just a couple of days! I replaced the crank arm and pedal and it was good to go! Great customer service and quality and they stand behind their product. I will definitely buy from them again!

12 yr old Grandson loves it. Sure beats the Walmart bikes I've been buying, he destroys them in a month or two. I really like the looks. Have had issues with flats and replacement tubes.

After looking extensively on multiple websites, my husband found Framed. The buying process was very simple and fast. We recieved our sons bike within a week. It was packaged perfectly. We are very happy with the bike. It is sturdy, light weight, solid construction, and the seat is nicely padded and comfortable. It seems like we are always buying our son a new bike every year when we get it from Walmart or target. So we were excited to see how much more amazing the Framed bike was compared. This is a great starter bike for our 11 yo son for BMX and dirt trails. We will be buying our bikes from Framed from now on. Thank you for the high quality!

Overall, our purchase was a positive experience. Unfortunately, I read the description wrong when ordering and selected the wrong color, my son really wanted the one with the kind of rainbow shimmer effect. He was a bit disappointed when we opened the box to find the solid black model. We took it down to our local skate/bike shop, the Wheelhouse, for a pro tune-up after I hastily assembled it. It only took one ride for my son to fall in love with the bike despite my ordering snafu. He is a FRAMED rider for real now! Thank you guys, you rock!
