The bike is great and it seems very well built but ......I have to admit it had issues shifting gears right out of the box. We had a bike mechanic try to fix it but have had no success. Once that issue is finally fixed, I'd rate it 5 stars for sure.

Very nice bike for the price. Assembly was easy and bike shifts and stopped perfectly. Would buy again. Couple flaws in the paint under the clear coat but at least for me not a deal breaker.

Really like this bike. Very solid and great quality for the price.
Really only two disappointments. The handlebar stem is definitely more than 60 mm...more like 85 to 90mm. Don't know that 60 mm would really correct things, but really lean out on the handlebars more than is comfortable. Looking for a replacement stem that is shorter with a little more rise.
Would be nice to have them come with a kickstand. Most of the aftermarket stands don't fit this frame. Found one that did.
Otherwise, a nice, comfortable ride.

So far so good.
My son's bike . He seems to like it.
Only complaint is pedals don't grip enough for him.

Ordered this for my son as a Xmas gift. Second framed bike I’ve received in last two years. Easy to assemble and really a nice bike for the price. We’ve had no issues with the first bike we got and I expect this will be the same.

100mm fork travel, hydraulic brakes, 19" wheels and cable thru frame design for the mid $500's - AWSOME job Framed!!! Love this bike!

It's a GREAT BIKE!! It rides really smooth and is well put together. It's also comfortable and quiet when you change gears. I'm very happy with this purchase

Purchased this bike as starting point for custom hardtail mt bike. Added about $600 worth of upgraded parts (better fork, 1x drive train, etc). Final result still about $300 cheaper than comparable ready made bike, and has exactly the parts I prefer. With upgrades, this is a perfectly capable bike for riding intermediate mt bike trails.
Would be very helpful if this bike had a cassette rear hub. Comes with freewheel hub, which must be replaced if you want to upgrade drive train.
Rear brake hose too short on my bike. In danger of being ripped out when handlebars turned all the way. I replaced with longer hose. Discovered that hose also not assembled properly - olive on backwards on one end of hose. This is dangerous, and difficult / expensive for novice riders to repair. Framed needs to eliminate this problem.
Overall, like this bike a lot. Would have gotten 5 stars from me if not for brake hose problem.

Has a nice design, and lot of room for upgrades.

Wow, what an experience, amazing comfort

Love this bike. I have owned bike that cost twice the money, but weren’t half the bike. Love this bike!!!!

The bike is great, but this morning I found out that the brakes fluid run out. The connection between hose and handle is too sharp so I think the hose got cut on this place!

check out my review here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qpXZTzYaY2A&t=28s this bike is more capable then just "campground Trails or the neighborhood" i ride this bike as my trail bike in the pacific northwest and it does great it's comparable to a trek marlin or a scott aspect 970, or any other brand's entry level hardtail bike in the 400-500$ range it does awesome on all the blue trails i ride in oregon feels very sturdy and well built and for the price it comes with hydraulic brakes and fully internal routed cables i have already upgraded my drivetrain to a 1x added a rockshox recon fork and a dropper post and new wtb wheelset with some tubeless tires this thing is a monster now and shreds. all for under 1000$ including the cost of the bike i recommend this bike to the person who wants a solid performing bike for not a lot of money.

Wow, what a value for the money! Hydraulic disc brakes and 100mm fork? The frame seems to be good quality as well. My 14yr old son loves this bike, his first true trail bike. You can buy upgraded tires, grips, and pedals and still be way cheaper than any other hardtail on the market.

My sister and I ride our bikes through the woods, gravel roads, paved roads, bike trails, and anywhere you can ride a bike. This bike is EXCEPTIONAL! The handling and performance is a dream. Lightweight so getting it on and off the bike rack is easy. Not to mention EVERYONE compliments us on these bikes and those that don’t compliment stare! We love our bikes and are ecstatic about our purchase.

Changed a couple things, but this bike has been great. Taken it everywhere. Definitely getting another framed bike when I upgrade.

Can't beat this bike for the price, although in my opinion its more of a knock around town and mild trail bike, I've had it out on the trails at Hartman Rocks in Gunnison, Snodgrass in Crested Butte, Fistful of Dollars in Buena Vista and many other blue or black trails in Colo. This is our 2nd Rendal to go with an awesome Bobtrax, love everyone of these bikes, when its time to buy again we'll be going with Framed, such awesome looking and performing bikes.

This is an amazing bike for the price, a comparable Trek or Specialized would have been almost twice the price and still lacking the style that this bike has. It only needed minor adjusting after assembly to shift smoothly. This bike is super comfortable and nicely finished. I have actually put a 750-watt mid-drive motor on it since getting it and now have an EMTB that compares to $2500+ stock offerings.

The only complain that I have is that I called the next day I received the bike to let you know that the inner tub for the back tire was flat when we received it... I called and a representative said they would send me a replacement but to this day I have not received it. Is there someone that can follow up on that?
Thanks,

Absolutely great value for the price. Only a couple of 'test' rides at this point, but it feels solid and commandable.
Thanks,

I love everything about this bike, I did have one problem the rear break line came loose at the handelbars now I need to repair that and replace the mineral oil. I still love this bike!

Overall the bike is pretty good. The assembly was very straight forward and easy. The bike shifts and brakes fine but the bike wasn't 100% perfect. The front wheel is a bit out of true. It's not horrible and still rideable but the wobble is very visible.
Joe S.
The bike is great. Can't beat it for tje money.

I have not owned a bike in 30 years. This one is definitely the nicest bike I have ever owned or ridden. It is smooth-shifting (21 speeds), has a lightweight alloy frame and sure-grip hydraulic brakes front and rear. There is a good suspension fork on the front wheels which takes some of the shock when you run up or down a curb or two. I really like this bike, so much so that I bought two of them as I live in two different parts of the country for 7 months and 5 months of the year, respectively, and do not wish to carry it back and forth. The seat is a little hard, though, but you can buy a pillow-like seat cushion at most bike shops for $20.
Katrina R.
So far, I like everything about the bike except for the seat. I'll have to replace that before I can spend a lot of time riding.

100% an awesome bike! Great ride on the trails or around the neighborhood. Brakes and shifting very high quality. Recommend to assemble professionally out of the box - has been a great ride since day 1. Thanks Framed.
Mark K.
What a great bike! Shifts smooth, rides well on a variety of surfaces. Well worth it to have a pro assemble it out of the box. The shop down here couldn’t stop talking about how awesome the frame is. Can’t wait to ride again and again!
Ezequiel C.
Great bike, very good sifters and fork. Really nice weight not super light but not heavy either. Definitely recommend it for the price. I studied all the components and trust me, the bike is worth it!!
Aaron C.
It is great bike for the price
Stevan
Upgraded my ride from a 22 year old to this beauty. The bike is an excellent choice for this price point, and even though it is an entry level model, it is a good place to start. Frame is excellent and components are good - and can be upgraded as time goes on. I am 45+ yrs old and I ride on gravel trails mostly, so this is more than plenty for me. Thanks for a super quick ship and a well packaged ride.
Dwayne G.
My son is enjoying the Rendal! Best bike he has ever had according to him and me! He is just having a hard time finding a kick stand for it.
Gary D.
Awesome bike with great features for the price takes me everywhere i need to go and gets a ton of looks i love the cable routing on this bike as well and the sleek lines
