I finally decided to get a riding jacket for sub 40 deg conditions, I wanted a little water resistance too for the unplanned winter showers. This jacket is great! I mean riding in the cold still sucks, but at least I'm not cold anymore. My first ride was around 40 deg, I just had the jacket and a long sleeved lightweight base layer. It felt like not enough clothes but I never got cold, after getting warmed up I just unzipped a bit to regulate temperature. I was very comfortable, figured I would be all sweaty when I got home but the jacket was pretty much dry inside, this was a very pleasant surprise. I have a different jacket that keeps me warm, but doesn't breathe and I get soaked from sweat, it's gonna get tossed now. I've been in the rain and it does an adequate job of keeping me dry. I think the jacket is a home run, great value. I'm 100% satisfied which doesn't happen very often.
