As of 11/18/20, most orders placed through 11/8/20 for bike builds in the product groups listed below have shipped. The below turnaround times apply for orders placed today. This information will change dynamically based on the workload in production.
Due to limited staffing in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, all bikes listed below will ship 5-7 business days from the date of the order. We appreciate your understanding during this challenging time.

- All Wolftrax Alloy, Alaskan Alloy, and Basswood Alloy bikes
Please allow 3-5 business days for all other bikes not listed above to ship.
FedEx will not deliver to P.O. Boxes. To qualify for free shipping your order must be shipped to a physical address in the lower 48 states (NO P.O. Boxes)
Bikes might have minor cosmetic blemishes due to the nature of shipping.
For any delivery issues such as non-receipt or damage please contact us immediately, so we can involve the shipping company as soon as possible.
Orders that have a shipping weight under 5lbs and are less than $200 might be shipped via USPS, we reserve the right to use either FedEx or USPS. Items shipped via USPS are not able to be redirected once shipped so please double check the shipping address entered during checkout.
Orders that are refused by recipient, returned to us due to insufficient address or any other reason preventing delivery, will be returned and refunded less shipping charges incurred (both ways).
FedEx Ground operates Tuesday-Saturday. FedEx Air services operate Monday-Friday. We do not offer Saturday delivery for any orders placed with expedited shipping.
Upon arrival, inspect your shipment carefully. If there is any loss or damage, please contact customer service immediately.

Attention international customers - please make sure to read the following info before placing an order. International buyers are responsible for shipping costs as well as any taxes/duties issued by their customs agency upon delivery.
Customs - Taxes - Duties - Gifts: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. Also, we can't mark an item as gift to avoid duties/taxes.
PLEASE NOTE: If an order is refused or returned to sender for a bad address entered or refusal to pay customs, taxes, duties we'll refund the price of the item less both shipping charges.
